When you say someone is getting rich off the revenue, I'd say you're right! But it sure isn't the cops...
thats the point I'm trying to make, its common knowledge the leo make little to no money, but the work they do generates over two million a year?

All I want to know is, where is the money going?
I know, I know, the judge has an extreamly dificult job, lets pay his fat 200k, or not, I dont know, but would like to.

I love to sit and watch the constables set up a roadblock behind my house on Shepherd and pull over every fourth or fifth car for speeding. (then make them wait in line to get their ticket becuase they pull people over faster than they can write tickets)

Meanwhile RIGHT across the street I'll have 10+ "day laborers" drinking beer, , smoking the ganj, fighting, engaging in pretty lewd behavior with even more lewd "day laborer" prostitutes and generally trashing my property.

Even when my calls to the 3131 number result in a police response they don't do anything but tell the guys to leave (they come back in 10 minutes)
then the cops go right back across the street to writing tickets.

Sometimes I wish I could designate where I want the money they get from MY tickets to go.

Neighborhood policing FTW!

Your signature is simply an agreement upon a contract. Read the contract before signing. Ask the officer to display his bond and license to enter into a corporate contract. That always makes for interesting conversation.
