Things I learned:

1. Texas is genuinely beautiful
2. You don't have to go fast to have fun
3. The Frio River isn't actually that cold
4. Always bring a good rear tire or you'll have to ride at the back all day
5. You have to be a little crazy to ride a supermoto, but it looks like a freakin blast
6. Triumph/dealers don't torque bolts practically ever (RIP ABS sensor bolt, wherever you are)
7. Onemilewheely makes a good steak

Oh, I also picked up some good riding tips, too.

Thanks again to Justin, Billy, and everyone else that made this ride possible!

Congrats Repth, think your proverbial finally dropped.

Good times!

Come on guys, you knew I had to say SOMETHING!
Glad you all enjoyed the trip, I'll be trying my hardest to catch the next round .

The real question here is not whether or not you had to say something, but why you didn't say it to his face?

You know, I saw you while turning in and I just got soooo nervous that I stalled.

Since it got brought up... You're not as slow as you looked in those pictures but man you did half the ride crossed up as all ... Looked a lot better when you were leaned over with the bike. You passed people way too often in blind turns and it's a great way to get killed. I was excruciatingly patient before I passed you because I didn't want it to turn into a contest and after I did, I don't remember seeing you in my mirrors very often so I wonder how it is that you were able to watch me from that far away. And yeah, I do ask a fuckton of questions, that's for sure.

Oh, and thanks for telling JD what good riding I was doing. That tickled me to death when he told me that the guy on the older Triumph just walked up to him and started talking about how impressed he was.

Seriously looking forward to the next ride where I can enjoy more beautiful scenery, good company, and continue to improve my riding abilities! Maybe one day I won't have to get out my binoculars to see the tail end of the superbikes.

I'm glad everyone got along so well despite some of the keyboard BS. Repth/Bucknut both of you guys rode a great ride! Although I was nervous a couple times when watching you two pull up together at stop points, I was pleased to see the egos were checked at the door.

I just need to take an extra battery for my action camera next time. Also, I hate 1080@30fps. Was too worried about memory when I should've worried more about battery. Hopefully my friend from SA can hang a bit higher up so I don't wait on them so much.

Edit: I also need to stay focused next time Justin flys by me like I'm sitting still. He is effing fast.

I tried to kick his turn signal off but I couldn't reach.

No keyboard warriors on this ride for sure. Everyone got along just fine.

You too. Glad we can coexist on the same ride without it up for everyone. Now, I just have one question to ask...
