Riding again (Katy)

Well, almost. I rode years ago. Eventually let my license lapse.

I've now decided to take it up again and am taking the MSF rider course in July.

Any suggestions on further training courses would be appreciated. There are always beginner track days, but some skills training would probably be helpful as well.

I used to ride a V65 Magna. Thinking about getting a sport bike this time.

Thanks all. I'll check in again after I get the new license and start the search for a bike.

After you complete your MSF, follow very quickly with some trackdays.
(Motorcycle school held on a race track)

MSF is great for teaching the basics and handling a bike at slower speeds.

Trackdays will teach you more advanced riding and how to handle your sportbike at higher speeds.

Trackdays save lives.
Ride Safe... RideSmart

Hope to meet you at a trackday soon.
