Winter / Spring project

Technically it's not summer yet. I wanted to build this track bike this winter but broke my hand in October and had surgery November 3rd so I was not able to do much wrench turning.
It's not 100% complete but rideable. I have some marchesinis to install but no rubber on them just yet.
