Hey Everybody,
I want to thank everyone for their prayers, hopeful thoughts and phone calls. I would also like to thank Aaron Gore, his family and friends for putting together a great benefit for a great cause and taking care of us when we needed it most. I truly can't say enough of how great these folks are. I am doing very well this morning except for a few bumps and bruises. My safety equipment did its job and has allowed me to ride again. I could not even begin to imagine how this would have turned out if we were out hot it on the streets. We all except risks when we get in the pilot seat but, I will continue to accept those risks at the track and not on the streets. As for the incident itself I do not have any memory of it at all and can't really point fingers or place blame. I do know that a novice rider crossed the racing line with no signal and I did everything in my power to not have a high speed collision. Otherwise, I am here, doing fine and will be ready to ride again soon.

Well, I woke up this morning and my foot and ankle were so swollen I couln't walk. So, I went to the Orthopedic Specialists and it turns out that the bones on the back of my heel (sp) have been chipped and are causing inflamation in the foot. :eh:
The doctor has put me on meds and we'll re-visit the issue in a week to see if it's necessarry to remove the chips or not.
Hopefully the meds will help to prevent suguery (sp).

Jason,
I'd recomend you visit a specialist if you have the means.

Hugs,
