Final Honda RC213VS revealed in closeup detail
Never mind next Tuesday here it is now
HERE'S the first detailed look at the final production version of Honda's road-going MotoGP bike, the RC213V-S.
Visordown revealed this morning that the 1000cc V4 will not be officially shown in the UK until 11am next Tuesday, but it made its debut in Japan at an exhibition hill climb last weekend. This video, shot at the hill climb, gives us the first close-up look at what is the final production of the prototype unveiled at the Eicma Milan motorcycle show last year.
It includes the bike being warmed up, so we get to hear it too. There's also a close-up look at parts including the Brembo brakes, Öhlins fork, bar-mounted mirrors, indicators and logo, plus an interview with Hiroshi Aoyama, the HRC factory test rider who rode it. It's probably very informative, if you speak Japanese.
