Well, they are "old" but they look to be in almost new condition, and I really liked the 2 pairs I've had before.. Finding these in decent condition in size medium, is hard..

, you can get the NEW version (4.0) for $45 SHIPPED lol.

I look at it more like... You just said that you enjoyed the last two pairs you had. And they're hard to find in good condition in your size. And it's only $50 to get something you know you like. Sure, maybe that's "more than they're worth". But is it worth $50 -to you- to just buy the gloves you know you like rather than keep wasting your time looking?

I'd say 30-35 since they are in such good condition...but 50. I'd just order some new one's simply because this dude isn't willing to come down to at least 40.

This is assuming that you don't like the new version of course. If you do, then obviously that guy

If he balks, I'll get the new version. I'm sure they haven't changed in fitment and they look more up to day.

I would only use them as a last resource.
I bought a pair of Taichi gloves (entry level) and on the very first time using them as practice in the rain I went down between 40 and 50 MPH and as soon as I hit the ground they exploded. The palms of the hands especially. I'm not saying Taichi is a bad brand, not at all! Nothing happened to me but it was clear that they were not my level of riding kind of gloves and I don't think these are your kind either. You are way beyond entry level and I think it's a wise investment for you to purchase a better protective glove. IMO

Also, I have several pairs of full gauntlets.

In fact, I currently have 7 pair of gloves. None have I liked better for everyday use than these.
