Well sweet! I wasnt gonna ride but i will if yall do. I was gonna load my bike in the truck and ride up there but as long as if we get stuck in some rain, we can stop while it blows over, im down to ride. I dont like riding in the rain. lol Like anyone does... :confused1

If you want to stay off the slab, I've got a route that only hits I45 for about 5 miles, the rest is back roads.

I go to dallas all the time...never made it on a bike though...I have a truck I throw my moto in the back too...I have no plans so...what part you going to

i was gonna leave friday from the woodlands around either 10am or 4pm. im actually going to a small town called Gunter which is way up 75 by sherman.


how long will it take to do the backroads route? as well can u pm me the route

Backroads from Stafford to Arlington is 294 miles and can be covered in about 6 hours (not including stops). It's not the most efficient way to get from here to there, but if you have all day to get there it certainly beats taking 45 the whole way.

Im going to be headed to the fort worth area but close enough. I rode up there a couple weekends back and its INSANE! So many bikes and nice road up there. There is nothing like it in Houston.

Im down whenever. I dont have another job until july 8th so work is real easy for me right now just working in the shop.

I wonder if we can get a good size group together. More people are interested than i though would be. lol

im definately down with a good sized group going together. if we take the backroads route then we should probably leave at 9 or 10am. i dont want to get into dallas too late since i have to go about an hour and a half north of dallas lol

Oh ok I had my weekends messed up, I rode up here yesterday in the rain to see my kids..It suxed. I can't leave untill sat. evenings.. unless I take the day off, But if you guys wanna hit up the roads on sunday let me know. I will show you where I use to ride.
