gsxr 1100 carb issue

i have a 91 gsxr 1100 with a power pack, pipe, sprocket, and re-jetted carbs. the problem is that i have a bad sputter from 2800-4k under very minor throttle; and i found one needle that was set on the highest setting so i fixed that. But i also have a few leaking floats. where can i get floats for these carbs besides for the dealer. Every shop i have called wants any where from 63-70$ per float and i need 3 of the 4. Do any of yall know of an after market company for them? any info is greatly needed thank you.

Is it the inlet needles that are leaking, or are the plastic floats themselves holding gas inside of them (porous)?

If it's just the inlet needles that are leaking, and the seats are still good, bring one of the inlet needles by and I can match them up, cost about $20.00 for the set of 4.

ok im gonna visit your shop tomorrow when i get off work at 2. but just for some info, and if some one can help me a little bit here... the factory jets in my carbs are 30.0 for primarys and 122.5 for the mains, in there right now are 32.5's and 150's. the floats are actually not bad, and the needles are not very worn. the sputter i have is from 2200-about 5000 and its only under normal driving very minor throttle. i put a motec wide band o2 on it and i get 12.50~12.90's at idle, and during my sputter its any where from 10.50's~11.20's. my ? is, if i adjust the needles all the way down (leaning it out) will it be enough to fix the sputter? or do i need smaller jets? and is there any where that i can purchase just the jets by them self... and how do i know what size to get or is it a guess and check game? thank you

I have just the jets, although I'm pretty sure I know what your problem is. Can you bring the carbs with you when you come so I can look at them?
