Re: Anybody here from San Antonio?

Yeah that's what I'm thinking of doing.

I asked him about the title and this is what he told me...What do yall think?

the title is clear. it does say rebuilt salvage, but according to the DMV. that is on there for life. so, no big deal. i will email you the vin around 5pm. i tried to get the rebuilt salvage token off of my title but they would not do it. it is no big deal, though

Re: Anybody here from San Antonio?

get details about the story behind the title, if ur comparing the price of rebuilt title bike with a clear title one of course its cheaper.

as i always said u get what u pay for...

The bike appears to be in excellent condition by the pictures (of course they're only pictures), and he said that he has no problem showing the bike to someone else if I find someone locally so they can see the condition and if it runs and he'll ride it around for them and stuff

Re: Anybody here from San Antonio?

hmm, guess I'll have to find somethin else then. I've been looking for something under $2,000 and thats the first thing I've seen that doesn't have most of the plastics cracked off and stuff (which I don't mind for my first bike but none of the bikes I've looked at have been taken care of very well, most have just been sitting for along time).

If yall see anything worthy lemme know.

Edit: And this is the bike...

Re: Anybody here from San Antonio?

That sound shitty, lol

I will just save up for a better bike later on down the road. I had looked at the 99 Ninja that the guy put up for sale on H-I and he said he'll sale it to me for 1250 but it needs a new back tire so I can't even see if it drives well (starts up and everything). I was thinking about getting it though but the bike hasn't had any coolant in it, and has no oil so I don't want to get something when I have no idea how long it'll last due to lack of care.
