I am just amazed at all the finger pointing towards Twin Peaks like it is their fault in any way. this liberal bullshit. Fault lies with the who had a meeting of at a restaurant in the middle of suburbia in the middle of the day, weapons toted, colors flying. With 20 cops and SWAT posted up outside they still didn't have the self control to keep things civil.

Apparently just like the 170-190 that got arrested, all of their vehicles and weapons were confiscated, whether they had CHL or not.

Gotta be careful where you are and pay attention to what's going on. Sometimes you can get caught in a net that wasn't meant for you.
It's very easy for you to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

im sure some of these people will have charges reduced/dropped. from a LEO perspective, you cant let half of them go. Sucks for sure but im willing to bet that IF they had NO part in this, they MIGHT be okay in the long run...as in not in prison, no murder charges etc etc. but idk, maybe all 192 of them are guilty? reports are stating that 100ish weapons were recovered, which means that only roughly half were carrying something?

They arrested the thugs flying colors not bystanders.

Participating in organizes crime is the charge on all of them, which is exactly what they are doing.

How exactly is attending a COC meeting participating in organized crime?
Or, if you mean being a member in an MC club makes you a participant, there's a few LEO only and military MC clubs that I can introduce you to that would refute that statement.

It's a BS charge that's going to wind up back firing once the lawyers get involved.
It's also a poor statement of how Waco police go about the business of enforcing the law.

These are known gangs. if you look at some of the photos, they had lighting bolts on their jackets. They're just misunderstood I guess. I mean, firing weapons in broad daylight is the first thing I would do if I get in an argument. Right?
