As it should be. The local popo is saying mgmt refused to cooperate when they warned them that impending doom was on it's way.

The manager, along with the franchisee are about to have unleashed on them in the form of law suits and maybe even criminal charges against the manager. Poor decision to allow money to trump patron's safety! These MC's must be getting a lot weaker having their meetings at Twin Peaks now!

They should be hanging out at places like this! LOL

I'd be suing the off Twin Peaks for gross negligence.

Edit: suing the off?

1. The only folks that can win a suite must have suffered actual damages.
2. If you come to court you must have "clean hands".

Why? I hate people with the I sue you for anything mentality. I'm not defending the guy but geez I doubt he wanted this outcome. He wanted money and thought this was a good way to get it. I've been to bike night at every twin peaks in houston, as most of you probably have too. They are known to be bike friendly so whats the big deal? This could have happened at any bar or hangout for that matter.

Yeah except he was warned by police and by his corporate office against this in particular. I definitely dont have an "I sue you for anything" mentality but you best believe I'm not paying out of pocket to get bullet holes in my car fixed.

Manager had fights there previously. Local PD warned them of the gangs involved and what they thought would happen. He told them to basically leave him alone.

A business would be stupid not to have it.. and I'd think it would be mandatory to keep the business open, but I'm just guessing.. I'm no legal guru..

For sure a general liability policy somewhere in the neighborhood of 2M! Anything over that would go to an excess carrier depending on these peoples damages.

Wonder if Best Buy and Cabela's will be suing for loss of business since they have to stay closed until the investigation is complete.

Absolutely if they can prove damages! Economic damages are pretty easy to prove too! I lost X amount as a result of Y so pay me Z!

So over 190 arrested so far. Wonder how many were there that had nothing to do with either group and were just attending the COC meeting? Sounds like if you were wearing colors then you were arrested. Would really suck to have to pay a def attny when you were just trying to stand up for bikers rights and contribute to the COC.
