How can you own territory that is owned by the state and businesses? I doubt on the deed to twin peaks it says property of the banditos.

... Or like saying Motohouston is full of trolls... ok, well maybe that's a bad example.

Texas has been Bandito territory since the club was formed 49 years ago. Can't blame these guys for protecting what is theirs.
That's just plain stupid. This isn't THEIR territory. It all of ours that reside in this great state. It's the same logic as drug dealers. They fight over territory to slang drugs in. What do they "contril" this territory for? Oh, that's right... To run guns, drugs and prostitutes. Nothing criminal about that!

I have no doubt there are people locked up that shouldn't be. The 1,000,000.00 bond across the board is total bs

Yeah that 1M bond amount is total BS! Just a knee-jerk reaction and an excuse to keep anybody that was on a cruiser and wearing leather detained so the authorities could sort out .

Life is full of choices. You could take your family to the zoo on a nice sunny sunday. Or you could ride with your Bros to Twin Peaks to "settle things".

to the people who think this doesn't affect them....

What if.....

you go to a trackday (as many of here do) and you're there legally racing your sportbike, having a good time but there is one crew there that is known for running from the cops. Police show up, arrest EVERYONE including you. 1 MILLION dollar bond.

You were there doing nothing illegal. Actually the opposite and now you sit in jail.

"But I don't ride trackday!" you say. Ok, you're in a restaurant, theres someone there who deals drugs. Cops raid, arrest everyone. 1 Million dollar bond for all.

no difference

Well there is one tiny difference. Let me illustrate...

You're in a restaurant and there's nearly 200 easily identifiable people there that are closely associated with violent crime, prostitution and drug trafficking.
The cops roll up outside, including SWAT and you stay to finish your fries. Here's the kicker, you're dressed the same way as all the others.

Is it unreasonable to think you might get arrested and held in jail with all the others until they can determine your Sunday school teacher status?

So you're comparing running from police to prostitution, drugs and guns.... Out--standing!!!!

If nine are shot dead at the track and all the riders are divided into 5 groups that are recognized by identical patches on their leathers, I'll take it.

When are you going to Waco and protest?
