That's not what local fox said this morn

http://www.myfoxhouston.com/story/29...-seeking-cover

"At least three people were holding handguns. One biker was seen running with blood on his face, hands and torso.

The footage shows only one round being fired - by a biker on the patio who then ran inside."

Well, local fox didn't see the video. A reporter from the AP did. I've yet to read any story that says differently.

Irony.

The MC's control (as best they can, but usually through intimidation) the ability of Members and non-members to wear a cut in certain areas, or really, wear a cut at all.

Non-MC members don't care about MC rules if they are not members of the COC&I ( or whatever it is called) because if they want to wear a non sanctioned cut, a MC may forceably take it from them. Enforcing rules of the members on non members.

The Government took a page out of their book. The defense will be, "this is America, we have a right to wear what we want to express ourselves".

This is a righteous and valid argument, yet MC's would (and have) themselves violate this freedom by enforcing their cut rules on non members.

Investigators collected hundreds of weapons from the scene of the weekend melee at a Twin Peaks in Waco that left nine motorcycle gang members dead, 18 others injured and 170 in jail, Waco police said Wednesday.

The weapons count by Wednesday evening was at 318 “and still counting,” according to the Waco Police Department’s Facebook page.

They were in bags of chips, stuffed between bags of flour and into bench seating, hidden in shelves and trash cans, placed in stoves and tossed on floors.

“One weapon that was found in the commode caused it to overflow,” police Sgt. Patrick Swanton said in a telephone interview.

The breakdown Wednesday evening was 118 handguns, 1 AK-47, 157 knives and 43 “others.” Among the weapons found were clubs, brass knuckles and chains with padlocks attached. A bullet-resistant vest was also confiscated.

Police initially said there were 1,000 weapons, but later revised the number downward.

The earlier estimate was an attempt to give me a count and it was initially believed the number was higher than we now know. We stand corrected at 318 and counting, with the crime scene still being processed. The weapons appear to have been discarded as Officers arrived and some hastily hidden. The have been found in sacks of chips, stuffed between bags of flour, stuffed into the bench seating, hidden in shelves, thrown into trash cans, placed in the kitchen stoves, discarded on floors and even so far as to attempt to flush a handgun down a commode. An Ak-47 was found in a vehicle parked in the parking lot as well as body armor.
Weapon breakdown so far is this:
118 Handguns
1 Ak-47
157 Knives
43 others
I will continue to provide you with the most accurate information not estimates as we progress thru this incident.

Just protecting patents and family names. Hugo Schmeisser designed the STG. Kalashikova dreamed his design up all by himself with no inspiration from any predecessor . . . . . ha
The AKM is the 2nd or third design of the AK-47... nice try tho

And old Mikhael had a STG-44 in his hands long before he "came up with" the AK.

boots and chain wallets were included in this BS count from all that I have read. And some pistols were counted from cars that didnt even belong to bikers. I cant imagine what they would think If I had been there following a trip to the Arms Room. I regularly start at Arms Room and then have lunch at TP with several guns in my truck and usually plenty of ammo on hand.

Dig deeper.

I highly doubt he had a selective fire assault rifle there.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assault_rifle

Quote:
In a strict definition, a firearm must have at least the following characteristics to be considered an assault rifle:[14][15][16]

It must be an individual weapon
It must be capable of selective fire
It must have an intermediate-power cartridge: more power than a pistol but less than a standard rifle or battle rifle
Its ammunition must be supplied from a detachable box magazine[17]
And it should have an effective range of at least 300 metres (330 yards)
No selective fire, no assault rifle.

It looks like they only included 43 "other weapons" which probably included at least the wallet chains, which seems a bit silly. I mean, it would have to, because they've said chains as weapons several times, and I don't think anyone was walking in there like Ghost Rider.

I agree on the second part though. Unless they link the car they found this in to a "biker", they have no business adding it to the tally. Even if they did, it was never brought out. It's just misleading.
