Rockets host Clippers in Game 7 showdown

The Rockets host the Clippers in Game 7 this afternoon with a spot in the NBA Western Conference final on the line.

The last time Houston made it that far in the playoffs was in 1997, while the Clippers have never advanced to the conference title round.

Houston forced the decisive game by overcoming a 19-point deficit in Los Angeles in Game 6 and avoiding elimination for the second straight game.

The winner moves on to face Golden State for a spot in the NBA Finals.
