Love it! Tracked my 999 and loved it. Got into the 49's at msrh. I like the sound of this model and the 916/996 best. The parts are not as bad as you think. EBay is your friend.

Great find. Glad there are those who appreciate the 999 styling. The vertically stacked headlight is an acquired taste, and looks like you have acquired it.

Honestly I think it is one of the best looking Ducati's ever. I find it more contemporary looking than the xx98 bikes

Yep, I thought so. I'm familiar with it. I was apart of Kris's team for Pikes Peak last year.

You look for bikes for "your" collection. It doesn't need to be a collector's item, just your own collection of bikes.

I want to think I started a small collection of bikes myself even though not all my bikes are collectible items.
