Old-school sportbike ride

just an idea, but something Ive always wanted to do was get in a group ride with nothing but older sport bikes like mine. theres hardly any first-gen gsxr's, cbr's, fzr's, zx-7's, etc. left that are still rolling out on the streets. I think it'll be cool and unique to get everyone together. Possibly a Saturday or Sunday morning

I'm in the Austin area and recoverying from an off, but almost healed up. I'd be up for trying to make a ride with older sport bikes depending on time and place (may have to meet up on the ride somewhere).

I spend most of my year in Singapore and the streets are covered with old sports bikes because they come from Malaysia everyday. It is really nice to see so many on the roads. I see dozens of Café racers also.

Good luck on your ride if and when it happens.

that's good to hear, we need more of 'em in Houston! and this ride wont happen anytime soon if it keeps raining like it has for the past 3 weeks now. I put on a new set of carbs and im still getting those dialed in, also waiting for some new(er) intake manifolds and pray those don't crack on installation
