I'm actually not surprised that the Pit Bull stand creator made windows for the ISS. Pit Bull Stands are made in Huntsville Alabama. Huntsville is the home of the US Space Camp, Marshall Space flight center ( and other NASA entities), and Redstone arsenal. There is also a large Biotech research and pharma presence in Huntsville. So, there is a huge conglomeration of scientists, aerospace, NASA, and missile defense engineers there. Therefore, it is feasible that he is not only an entrepreneur, but a NASA engineer as well.

The owner is pretty cool.....I had some discussions with him about 5.5 years ago right after I graduated. I had called about a job they had posted, and talked to him about my engineering degree and all that. Told me he was (at that time) the only engineer they had ever had, and he had done all the design work for the stuff they made. Seemed pretty cool, and very smart. Unfortunately I had no way to afford getting to Alabama for an interview, so the opportunity fell by the wayside (lived in Maine at the time)....it worked out in the end haha.
