Cy-Fair ISD to remove tree planted to honor dead freshman, family offers to relocate

For Rachel Barrow and her family in Cypress, a live oak on the campus of Cy-Fair High School is more than a tree. It signifies the life her little brother led before he passed away nearly 20 years ago.
