probaly your boot was on too tight or just zipped on wrong.

YOGA!! I'm pushing forty and if I don't stretch I can hardly get off the bike at the end of the day. And there are usually hotties in spandex for motivation!! Get there early and get a spot in the back of the class.

You should try Pilates! It works pretty good! I am always sore after every track day! At least that lets me know I am doing something right!

Drinking sodas and then riding reminds me of how I feel riding with a hang over. Water helps a bunch! I can ride for hours and I dont feel hurt or sore the next day and I have lower back issues.

I was a little sore but nothing like post-TMGP race weekend.

I've been riding my bicycle (staying as much off the seat as possible) and doing lunges/squats with no weights - lot's of reps. That's seemed to help keep the post-trackday soreness down.

+1 on the bananas and water. NO SODAS or energy drinks. The caffeine wears me out.
