i understand that as long as you are lic. you can ride. I will try to verify that tho. this is the correspondence i had with Aaron Gore who is holding the T/D

Yes, a license in TMGP will be ok. Just wanna be safe.

OK, no problem. I will do my best to gather as many lic. Guys for the day as possible. Big bikes as well as the minis correct? I am not lic. By the CMRA but, I am lic by TMGP as well as an instructor for LSTD, will that suffice for me to ride the big bike at least?

I originally said that I wanted licensed riders for safety reasons. Now, since we will not have a med unit I think it is definitely safer. Sorry but I donít want a serious injury resulting from a fund raiser. It would take the fun out of it!

Aaron, I do have several people interested in this event. Do you have to be lic. By any org. to sign up and ride?? I have been asked this question numerous times. I have it posted on Motohouston, ( http://www.motohouston.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=30896, http://www.motohouston.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=30893)

Actually no one has officially signed up for the event. Because of this I am making some changes. There will not be an ambulance because the cost is $800.00 and I canít be sure that we will have enough money to pay them and still make money for the fund, which was my ultimate goal. There will still be corner workers and we can just call an ambulance if needed. I am only going to plan on feeding about 75 people first come first serve. I hope twice that many show up but you just never know. I hope you do show up but it would help if you post up on the web site and when you do start a new topic letting me know that you are coming and others will see it. That may help stir some interest. Thanks alot James.

Aaron, itís not looking good for the Katy TMGP race next weekend. We have posted up on motohouston.com to help get people out to support the cause. How many people have signed up so far and, how many openings are there?

If the race is a no go, there will probably be 4-6 of us head up for the trackday.

Thanks, James Ellis.

Don't forget to fill out the registration form. I think you have to have it submitted by Thursday.

I think I wanna go...

There are couple of questions.
I don't have a proof of license from TMGP (they didn't bring license to Denton last time).
Do you think that'll be a problem?

James said it's $60, but the form said it's $100.
Which one's correct?

I would call someone from TMGP and get something setup.

The price is $60. It has been reduced since the form was made.
