yea, i think he was coming out of turn5. the majority of us that have went down there, including me, just lowside. i guess buck was too busy yesterday coordinating two groups of riders, but i think parade session was a little too relaxed. i could hear people flying down the front straight in the rain and thinking to myself someone is gonna be stupid and eat it.

After first I was with you on this. I was afraid because of the rain that someone would be stupid and go down. But I was out there on a 125cc mini passing people on the straights and corners and had hopes everyone was playing it safe.

I came up on and helped with this accident. He definitely highsided, although he couldn't remember what happened at the time. Turn 6 is a left hand turn and he fell on his right shoulder. I hope he's ok, he was in a lot of pain but was managing it.

I do want to say this, everyone that stopped to help him I understand why you stopped but PLEASE dont ever stop on the race track again to help anyone out that goes down. I know you guys aren't familiar with all of the on-track rules but the control riders are there for that sort of situation. When someone goes down that you know (or dont) just roll on past and go to the pits to wait for the rider if you are a friend of his/hers. If it's something serious, the crash truck/ambulance has to wait for everyone to get off the track for them to come out, so help them by exiting the track if it's serious looking or you see a red flag from a cornerworker. That guy went down in a "Crash zone" and if anyone else had gone down there also, they would have slid right into you. Again, I know you guys aren't used to some of the track rules so I wanted to put this out there. Thanks.

As a final note, bdmpastx, I didn't get to meet you but that quad looked awesome!

What you are saying is fine and all except for one major detail. There were no flaggers on the track which put a lot of people in danger when he went down on the parade lap. This coupled with people that have never been on a track was a disaster waiting to happen. I am glad that he was the only one hurt. It could have been much worse. I am not blaming Buck or anyone else but the person that rode over his head in this particular ordeal. It was a parade lap and a wet one at that. He should have ridden accordingly.

lol, i know i was going all out on straight ways and downshifting on the wet road was dangerous enough, sucks the guy went down but a slick road = if you feel your rear wheel skid a little, go slower.
