That sucks. If he is still alive, hope he recovers. And to his buddies that left him....you're a bunch of douchebags.

I saw a rider wearing a helmet walking on the shoulder at the accident scene but he may have not been with the group.

A motorcyclist is in critical condition after he was either clipped by a vehicle or lost control on the Southwest Freeway northbound at the Spur, police say.

The Southwest Freeway was closed at the accident site for several hours, but is now clear.

Houston police say the motorcyclist was part of a group of bikers, but all of them left before authorities arrived.

Davonte Henderson, who says he saw the crash says he saw two bikes speeding near Bellaire and Fondren and a car cut one of the bikes off, causing it to crash.

The driver had to swerve to miss the motorcyclist. Henderson says he got out of his vehicle and dragged the motorcyclist out of the road and called paramedics.

We're told the man was unresponsive, but was wearing a helmet.

Henderson said, "He wasn't talking at all. He was barely breathing."

that's one of an crash and one of a launch.

What was left after the impact on the spur?

Yep. The article said "Houston police say the motorcyclist was part of a group of bikers, but all of them left before authorities arrived."

It just bums me out that these kids are so selfish and scared that they would do this. I say "kids" because, even though they're in their 20s, they have the emotional development of playstation. It just sucks for that generation and it certainly sucks for people trying to make a living and just trying to drive their families around here.
