you should be able to. When we ran the big bike endurance series in CMRA some riders ride w/a camelbak. I don't think it wold be an issue.

Update - Team RideSmart will be there with a 4 man team. 3 MH members. Cliff, Tony & I. The 4th rider is Frank S., whose not an MH member, but a fairly decent rider.

Should be a good race - let's just hope the weather gods cooperate with us. Riding in the rain with big bikes is one thing (i love it!), but minis - not too sure, specially on a new track.
