The names and details will be posted in due time.

I will also let out the "mistake" at that time.

Since this has not gone to trial yet nor has there been a plea deal I am not going to discuss anything more than what I have.

I will say that when I was selling it there was some cosmetic damage and now, minus needing a little paint, everything has been repaired.

no the title stays clean. It was removed from NCIC and TCIC as a stolen vehicle. I did not make a claim nor was the bike damaged or wrecked. They put very little miles on the bike so at this time there is still less than 3500 miles on it. You are correct about the wheels of justice. However, due to the evidence in this case, it would be wise for the individuals to take a plea as opposed to going to trial. If they do so then this could move fairly quickly.

It's no big deal to post names of the "alleged" criminals, the news does it everyday and it doesn't jeopardize the legal proceedings in any manner.

I for one would like to know the kinda lowlifes that would befriend the good people of this board and then screw them over while they're still on here.

It's too bad they don't hang horse thieves anymore in Texas, these should be the first in line.

Yeah, for that matter I'd love to show up in court to see them face to face. Post up the names and I assure you when you go to court you'll not be there alone, there is strength in numbers.

Do I know if they post here? NO I do not. However, I have reason to believe AND do believe that they do.

I will post everything in the form of a “press release” when I feel comfortable in doing so.

You are correct... the news does it all of the time.. I am careful in what I say and do at this point in time due to the fact that:

A. This is a public forum which can be accessed by anyone. A defense attorney could, in fact, log on and obtain information concerning his/her defendant. That information needs to be divulged to him/her only through discovery and the legal process…. (hahaha which cost MONEY billed to the defendants) I will give neither information which will aid in the defense of these individuals nor assist them in developing there defense to prosecution.

They have every right to find out information; they have a right to due process and to equal protection under the law. However, they have no rights to obtain that information from me. They can and will follow the guidelines and procedures set in our criminal justice system. They have a right to disclosure. That disclosure will be done correctly through the courts and not through motohouston.

B. It was my property

C. As a detective I have intimate knowledge.

D. This investigation is not over. Ultimately there could be more arrests pending in the near future.

May the courts have mercy on your soul, motha……., cause I DO NOT.

Cool and 100% understood.

Get 'em convicted and then sue the losers in civil court for your damages.
