Enduro Racing?

I'm becoming more and more interested in enduro racing. The idea of riding a motorcycle over such varying terrain for long distances is pretty cool to me. I'm a little confused as to how the racing actually happens and also what are the big leagues of enduro racing? In other words the most well known enduro race? I've heard of the Dakar Rally and the ISDE (International Six Day Enduro). How are those held and what are the differences?

I've also heard of the FIM Enduro series by Maxxis, thing is, I can't find where I can actually see the races. I always see only highlights which is cool, but I'd much rather watch more, like a full run or something. Is that anywhere?

Also same thing with the Dakar Rally and ISDE, where can those be seen? Do they broadcast those anywhere and is there to see past ones? These seem to hard to find to watch.

Enduro/Cross country is MUCH different than a Rally or Baja race.

Time keeping for the rider is a PITA.

Hare scrambles are too.

I like rally racing, it is a combo of Baja style and enduros. Only thing is, there are none in Texas.

Google Enduro Red Bull racing in Texas, National Enduro and Hare Scrambles.

You'll find everything you need
