, you'd think that someone selling a bike that expensive would explain a little more about the bike instead of a brief paragraph of what they're sellin.

NNNNIIICCCEEE ride, a BIT much, but I'd prolly buy it myself if I could negotiate---A LOT lol. I love the SPR myself--which is just a little bit less pricey :icon_smil . I hate browsing Ebay sometimes. It's torture--but fun as well

The SPR is sweet! Did they make an SPR version 1000?

you'll need more than 40K

"reserve not met"

Theres some fella I see at texaco on 149 sometimes that has a special edition MV, forget which one, that said he spent upwards of 60K on it. Thats just nuts. Ohh, and even if you have the money, don't plan on getting your hands on a ducati desmodeci(sp?), theres sure to be a long waiting list for those and I believe 999r owners have first dabs on all the US bound models this year.

Not sure, the first SPR I saw was in the movie I Robot. That's when I fell in love with it.

That is a sweet bike I would peronally buy the desmosedici (sp) If i had the money. I think the guy that you are refering to that you have seen on 149 is an older gentleman ( if its the same guy im thinking about its a mv tamborini (sp) ). An the guy at british usa has a 750, and its pretty rough.

Here are 2 pics of bikes the guy u have seen on 149 ownes.
