Who are you taking it to? Idk who could do it

I'm eventually gonna end up doing this. But for right now she needs to get confident with the controls. That's why i'm iffy with cutting down the kick stand. but like another poster said, might as well buy another when i'm done lowering it. Once she gets comfortable, i'll bring it back to the 29 inch seat height, then once she gets comfortable with that, if she still wants, get her a bigger bike.

No. But she will be. After she gets comfortable on the grom. Awesome cycles is letting us bring our own bike so she just wants to get comfortable on it first

It's weird and I can't explain it fully but yes. We don't want to dmg belongings that isn't ours. Even if it's rented.

You and her should definitely take the class together. It is really fun and the both of you will learn so much and walk away feeling more confident about riding.

You pay for hands on training from a competent experienced rider. They provide several different bikes to meet your style of riding and these bikes are meant to go down because they know they are dealing with people that are new to the hobby.

I'm letting the bike repair shop take it to their preferred upholstery people... Pretty much any good upholstery shop can do whatever you want them to do. The awesome thing about bike seats, you can remove them and take it wherever you need without bringing/leaving the bike with strangers.
