LOL, that's easy. Just because someone is stopped illegally in the middle of the street doesn't give you the right to negligently crash into them.

Dumbass got what he deserved

C'mon. Bike had the green, and the car lurched forward just as the bike got there. Quit posting past your bedtime.

Wheres the both option. That guy in the car did inch up as the bike was passing, but no need to go flying through the intersection like that.

Car's has been in the intersection the whole time...he was stupid perhaps for pulling into w/o making sure the traffic ahead of him would clear before he entered... but we have no knowledge of why that lane of traffic had stopped.

Bike should have seen the car before he took off from the prior light...had no business trying to cross through that intersection @ that speed considering the traffic conditions.

Impatience is what cause the accident.

The rider did see the car. Before he got the green light he was about cars stopped in the intersection.

The car was in the wrong by pulling out like that and blocking the intersection. Fact of the matter is, though, that the car had very well established his presence in the roadway, and the motorcycle was aware of that presence. Even still, he chose to not only try to navigate the cross-traffic, but to do so at speed. The car was only trying to get out of the intersection and should have no reasonable expectation that a motorcycle would come flying in front of him like that. So yeah, the car should not have been there, but that's a totally separate issue to the rider being a lunatic.

Please post more of this videos, though
