I've been down Webster Street in 3rd Ward at 2am and I've got to say, it was a bit intimidating... and at that time I was 19 and ghetto as , so if you are not experienced with the hoods... stay out of them at night.

I appreciate the helpful comments. I'll be mindful of the area and act like I belong there. Will check out all the Wards during the day time. I'm glad to see these places aren't like Englewood in the South Side of Chicago.

Stay away from webster, west u, bellaire, sugarland and a few other areas where the outlaws make sure to get their money.

I don't think OP is looking for law enforcement alerts, I believe he is more concerned for his safety and the safety of his bike... Maybe I read into his post wrong, but that's what I got out of it.

Cops in Pasadena and Friendswood just pull you over and give you a ticket for anything they feel like. They make up as they go. And they can never verify that you have insurance so you're going to be forced to go to the court house to provide proof of ins.

I got stories of the stupidest I was pulled over for.....
