Thank you dearest motohouston family!!!

I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the well wishes, warm words of comfort, and prayers that went up on my behalf. I love you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so caring and kind to me during this rough patch.

Special thanks to Jet, Sam, Tom, Teresa, Liz, Matty, Aaron, Brandon, and the other guys riding with me the night of the accident. Ya'll are awesome. Jet has gone above and beyond the call of duty and so have Sam and Tom. Thank you again. I love you guys.

Ok, just a few things to clean up. The night of the accident...I declined the ambulance ride to the hospital for good reason. I definitely had my wits about me and made that particular call based on some of my own personal opinions regarding healthcare and such. I will not bore you at this point with said opinion but anybody is more than welcome to PM me if they are THAT curious about it. Also, I was very in control of the corner that we were taking when I had my accident. Accidents do happen and the main thing that could have perhaps prevented this episode would have been to have invested in a steering damper. Kawi's are bad about that. :eh: Oh well...lessons learned. I know quite a few people on here look down on my activities that evening but I really do not care to get into a debate at this point. Please just take away from this that I am a big girl and make my own stupid decisions...and yes...I said STUPID. We all make that bad judgment call from time to time. Anyway, I did gain from this incident an even stronger desire to hit the track...Houston streets DO have a load of debris and at times this is unavoidable. I will still be JUST AS AGGRESSIVE AS EVER but it may be somewhat tempered and balanced with some more technique in the future.

I am recovering actually quite well and was able to walk away from this incident with a fractured clavicle and quite a bit of road rash on my right leg. There goes my dang modeling career. j/k

Once again...thank you all and I thank I am still alive to thank you. Your concern and care was overwhelming and I shall cherish it always. LOVE YOU!!! :icon_bigg :icon_bigg

Hey chica. I am so glad that you are alive… regardless of all else… I need ur in my wedding so stop being so crazy!!! You scared the out of me, I’m glad you are ok. You are a very close friend, and I pray that you take this accident as a sign from to slow down a bit. I know that fast; is you… But calm down woman… regardless of the speed in which you were going, or if it was the dampers fault, please please in the future just slow down and think of everyone else around you. Think of the people that will miss you. Think of your sister and other family that love you so very dearly… you are the most aggressive female rider I know… you know your , and are very good at what you do… I know it is a rush for you and we are all risk takers in this hobby we have chosen, I just would like you to review your priorities. I love you like a big sister. I look up to you, and I would be devastated if this accident would have been tragic. So please step back and look at everything that you have to lose, and reevaluate what you have to gain by being so aggressive and fast… I love you dearly, and want nothing to happen to you. Please be safe and take care of yourself.
