Post your very first bike!

I had bought a 1988 GSXR 750 from an HSN member back in 2003.

HORRIBLE first bike. But It was all mine and I loved it. I loved replacing the worn out engine. I loved replacing the carbs. I loved replacing half of the bike. I loved having to screw with the carbs ever 2 weeks. Ah.... memories.

This one isn't mine exactly, but pretty close, tank bra and all. I'll try to dig around for some old pics later.

Might not have been the smartest decision I ever made, but it definately taught me respect for the throttle quick. Had more than a few bumps along the way but looking back wouldn't have it any other way.

That's what most people said when I bought it. 2 years, 20k miles, and one low side later.... yep still don't regret it : )
