So what you're is they think nicky would be the best option for the bike but won't offer him a ride because it would be awkward after a bad break up?

I think both Honda and rossi know he wouldn't sign so why bother?

They liked him for 6 seasons. He's had 3 wins in 12+ seasons. What's not to like?

You guys don't know lol. Just like Rossi, Nicky was told by honda that he only wins bc of he bike. Literally any guy they sit on it will win. That's why Rossi left to yamaha to prove them wrong.

Nicky won a title, but then quickly became #2 with the new Spanish rider bc of Spanish sponsorship dollars. Nicky wasn't quiet about the change and the they were doing, honda doesn't like that.

They probably weren't happy about him missing races when he hurt his foot at the X-Games during the MotoGP season

Nicky was told that he only wins because of his bike? On average he won less than 1 race per year with Honda. Most he ever won was 2 in one year. Also guess what they were right, he has only won on the factory Honda.

So back to my point of the market has chosen what bike nicky Hayden should be on and it looks like it's the worst Honda on the grid.

Yet Troy Baylis was the near 'perfect' replacement for the injured Giugliano in WSBK recently despite retiring 8 years ago!!!!

It isn't just about 'current' form'

Nicky on the Repsol would have been a huge draw imo and good for Honda

Why are you so derisory of racers that don't win?? Not everyone can, ask CE, especially when you're up against arguably the GOAT. He's an ex World MotoGP Champion for gods sake, something very very few ever get to achieve.

"Nobody remembers the race winner just the Champion" unless your Nicky H

I remember nicky has the world champion with the least amount of wins. As has been said not every bike has the chance of winning. Aprilia will probably never be in the top 10 this year, hopefully they will score some points. So why put a rider that is incapable of winning on a bike that is capable? Not to mention you guys gave him an excuse for 2007-2008 that he had to ride on a bike designed for Pedrosa and you want him to ride pedrosas bike?

There will always be excuses as to why they didn't win or you can be like rossi and push very hard and win. I hear a lot of excuses as to why nicky hasn't won very much.

Maybe good in America where motogp is least popular, not sure they care too much about us.

America is one of, if not the biggest market in motogp. Hence why Dorna is funding motoamerica. They need American riders desperately.

The 213v is roomier than the 212v he was on for repsol. The 213v is pretty identical dimensions wise to the rcv1000r...Soooo you are wrong again. This is Casey's bike that turned into Marquez' bike, Pedrosa has a say in chassis but they no longer build around him. Nicky was consistently faster than Aoyama on the Aspar bike, before and after wrist surgery. Nicky has gotten faster this season, yet Aoyama gets the gig. They didn't pass him over based on performance or skill, they want a blocker and a place holder.

Is that why cota is practically empty compared to other circuits that motogp is at? Dorna saw America as an untapped market and wanted to make some more money. That's all dorna cares about.

Let's be honest, aoyama got it because he is HRC's test rider and not currently racing for another team.

First I have heard America is one of biggest markets for MotoGP. I have no numbers to quote but this is in no way fact. You can ask 10 random people about MotoGP and on a good day 2 of the 10 have even heard of it.
