Stop saying this. No footage from any angle supports your claim, presumably neither does the telemetry otherwise the penalty would've been far more severe.

It's funny seeing peoples reactions because for the most part you can tell who they are fans of based on their assumptions.

Me, I like VR and dont feel like he intentionally kicked MM to try to make him go down. But seriously how strong would the 150lb VR have to be to be able to punt MM's bike hard enough to cause it to go down. I also feel like if MM wasnt trying to rest his helmet on Rossi he would have never gotten the "kick" in the first place. This is all speculation of course.

With that said, VR took a step back in my book. Not a fan of how he has been handling things the last couple weeks. Seems like he is becoming more and more diva in his old age.

Congrats to Lorenzo though.

I really do not see what's the point of MM getting into a dogfight with VR in the f***ing first place! I understand this is the way racing, but come on man that complete BS. Marquez is clearly not in the championship contention by any means and to cause this unnecessary drama between them was really childish. I mean, what's the point for all that?

Yeah, he is not in the championship running so honestly why is he even on the track? He might as well not even compete if he can't win the championship.

So it's possible to get a hand in there and not a foot? He could have kicked his hand, either way, he wasn't penalized for a kick, he was penalized for "deliberately running wide in a corner in order to try and force another rider off line."

So his foot got in there and not get stuck . And i understand that he was not penalized for kicking but everyone says that he somehow kicked the brake lever.

Look at the aerial view. It's pretty clear VR didn't kick MM. Rossi ran him straight off the track, which is also unsportsmanlike and reprehensible. Sure you can absolutely close the door on someone attempting a pass like that, but what you can't do is let off the throttle until they get right beside you and then run wide until they have no choice but to lean into you and hope you begin to turn. Rossi has been a real diva these last couple weeks.

He couldn't kick it with the toe of his boot? It's impossible? He couldn't have kicked his hand?

VR doing what he did displayed his mindset that he knows that he can not keep up with the youngins anymore. There is no reason to even worry about MM if Rossi truly believes he has a shot at winning the Championship.

Rossi knows that he can not match the pace that is being set by the guys in front (Pedro/Lorenzo) so he gets frustrated and decides to mess with MM because its somehow his fault.

Sure MM could be trying to slow VR down, but if VR was faster then MM (as well as Lorenzo & Pedro) this isn't an issue.

Kudos to the MOTOGP officials for not bending the rules that have more than likely secured the championship for Lorenzo. Rossi deserves this.

I wouldn't be surprised if MM tanked on qualifying so he could start in the back with Rossi just to with him haha

Or VR just farts around and kicks everyone off their bikes when they try to lap him

There was no television telemetry and the helicopter view clearly shows Rossi pushing off with his foot

How does he brake then? that's a stupid argument. The brake lever guard only pretext the lever tip, not the middle.
