Post 05 yamaha r6 is dieing on me

i own a 05 yamaha r6 and lately i been having a little issue. It all started like a week ago, im riding and when stopping for what ever reason, the bike dies on me but it starts right up with no issues. It first did it like a week ago once. It then did it like 3 days later. same way as last time. Im reaching a stop sign and boom bike shuts down but it starts right back up. Now its doing it more constantly. It died 4 times today while doing a little riding.

can you disconnect the power commander, and run the bike without it to see if it makes the issue go away?

I had an 05 R6 for a while. A common problem with those bikes is the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) can get dirty and cause rough idle or dying at stoplights. I had that problem with mine. I cleaned it and it solved the problem right away. Its pretty simple to do yourself, just google how to clean your TPS for an r6 and there are some good how-to threads out there. There's no guarantee this is your problem, but it's worth knowing.
