Everyone hated the Hayabusa when it debuted in 99', said it was the ugliest on wheels... 16 years later its a cult classic motorcycle.

First thing everyone will do with the H2 is ditch the exhaust system, flash the ecu with the H2R calibration and make 300hp....

Then they'll be wadding them up like crazy with the 58" WB...
The Hayabusa is still ugly and was picked up by the brotha's. It wasn't $30k and ugly either.

The front fairing definitely seems like an afterthought.

Kudos to kawasakis photographers/marketing team. Up until now I thought this was one of the best looking bikes I've seen.

One of the only intelligent posts in this thread. I think it's ugly too but it's that way for a reason. The H2 had extensive wind tunnel testing, function over form

Who wants to take bets on how long it will take to see swing arm extenders for it?

I kind of like the black chrome honestly, it's something different, probably to keep it looking good though.

Ricky Gadson's H2R is painted his usual candy apple green and it looks good as well.

Once these bikes get in the hands of tuners, they are gonna set some records for production bikes, you can believe that.

I'm very much an "appearance" oriented person but I'm more about performance... I've owned an "ugly" Busa for 15 years, have an S1000rr whose face resembles a face from the kids on "The Hills have Eyes" and I will probably pick up a TL1000R. I guess I just like weird , who knows...

Funny, I stumbled across an H2 today at Pasadena Kawasaki - was there letting my gf test sit the Ninja 300. She gasped at the sight of the H2 and thought it looked awesome. You just never know...
