My deepest sympathies go out to you, his family and friends. There seems to have been so many motorcycle accidents of late. Really very sad for all of us who enjoy the pleasures 2-wheel riding has to offer.

this from www.chron.com this afternoon.

Motorcyclist killed after hitting a stopped car

A motorcyclist died in the 8300 block of Breen Drive in northwest Harris County Monday, the sheriff's department reported.

James L. Foster hit one of several cars stopped in the eastbound lane of the street, deputies reported. The accident occurred shortly after 5 a.m. Monday.

Foster was taken to Cy-Fair Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, deputies reported in a statement released by the department late Monday.

Other details of the wreck, such as whether Foster was wearing a helmet, were not immediately available.
