Eric wasn't there, the MMA instructor was someone named Dave, don't know his last name, very young guy who has an MMA record apparently and is going to Ecuador in September for a fight. He seemd pretty into it to say the least lol, was giving instructions and telling guys to hit him, lol he was getting punched in the face smiling he loved it!

That's str8...well, enjoy the class but like I said b4 try to get into another discipline so you have a lil better feel for fighting b4 the next time you decide to go full force into mma. Hopefully, I'll be gettin back in there after a too long hiatus within the next 2 weeks...might see you up there. Until then, keep at it...

I was/will be an instructor so I train(ed) for free, but I think Eric is doing a lil over $100 a month for 3 or 4 days a week. CHEAP for the quality of instruction and level of training you are getting out of the deal.

Eric is only the second American (After BJ Penn) to win the Mundials as a BJJ Blackbelt. He is a former Collegiate Wrestler and Olympic Alternate. He is definately a ground-first guy. He just happens to be a good striker too. Awesome grappler though!
