PRE-PAID LEGAL

I keep seeing posts about people getting tickets and then trying to figure out how to get out of it. First you're going about it all wrong. Get pre-paid legal, it's about $16.00 a month and worth every penny. Then you get a ticket, you make a phone call and then it magically dissappears. Tim has had let's just say several tickets, some of them bogis and some justified; none of them are on his record and none of them cost any additional money. Pre-paid legal is just as important as your gear if you're going to break the posted speeds and yes they can give you an exibition of excelleration for a wheelie. Just want you to know. Right now a wheelie is a jailable offence. Riding without your M endorcemnet is a jailable offence, and some of the speeds that I know you guys go is also a jailable offence, the wrong address on you drivers liscense can be a jailable offence. Anything over 100 mph is a federal offence. How do I know these things you might ask; Tim was just pulled over yesterday and before it was all said & done the nice officer was kind enough to share some valued information with Tim and his riding buddy. Be safe. Get pre-paid legal daym.

Speeding alone is not a jailable offense - I have several DPS buddies, and they all say the same thing. I watched one of them pop a guy for 124mph in a BMW cage. The guy stopped - co operated, signed and he was out of there with a ticket for 124 in a 55. Where do you get this "prepaid legal"????

its just how she put it, you basicaly have an entire nation wide firm at your service a phone call away, its your "legal shield" from a speeding ticket to murder, to divorce.. that 16$ fee covers it all. i dont think it "magicaly dissapears" but rather the attorneys try taking care of it over the phone and if they cannot, then they go to court for you. Check it out, i have their identity theft service as well =)

where do you go about getting their services?!??!?!? is their a website, a phone number or even a company name where we can get a hold of these people?

seems like every tends to restates what they do and how much you pay, but nobody states who these people are, where we could get contact information or anything.

Let me explain a few things ie.... speeding CAN be a jailable offence if the officer involved chooses to do so, all offences CAN be a jailable offence for example: Let's say you get pulled over for 124mph and cooperate they may let you go, but in the same cercumstance you start giving the officer some lip; it's his call to take you to jail or not. Prepaid legal is set up to where if you get a ticket, you have a lawyer basically on call to handle all your legal matters. They prepare wills, law suits, liens, traffic voilations, basically anything that you would need a lawyer for and because it's pre-paid any additional fees would be minimal. I stated that your tickets magically dissappear, that was simply a comparison to the fact that your lawyers go to bat for you and get them dropped or deffered. We are actually checking into becoming agents ourselves so we can provide these services for you I will give more information as it becomes available.

Hey guys dont fool yourselfs into thinking that speeding is not a jailiable offense, and also keep in mind that speeding like 124 or whatever is also never JUST speeding they will get you for wreckless driving, evading, exibition, etc. If you dont believe me give it a go and get back to me ( AFTER you get out of jail)
