Think you should do your research and make your own decision!

Why does everyone have to get 'yalls opinion'? Can't anyone pick out their own bike/car anymore? :laughing6

Go sit on the bikes to see which one feels better. Motorwise, the Kawasaki and Suzuki are pretty even. You could probably get a better deal on a ZX-10R though since the Suzuki is a new model.

167, with Scott's Damper, without headshake. Above that, I don't know. Make sure the suspension is set up correctly.

The Gixxer and ZX-10R are pretty even, it must have been the rider that made the difference.

if you get a zx10r, spend the money on a damper.... but I would go down to either a 750 or 600... just because I just think a liter bike on the streets is a waste of potential...

has nothing to do with not being able to make one's own mind.. but when you go buy a car, you can atleast test drive it... never heard of being able to test ride a bike... (just the crappy Buells).... if all you can do is sit on the bike, that doesn't say much, but if someone has the bike already, their insight would be helpful in helping someone else make up their mind....

The new CBR600rr.

412 lbs. with a full tank of gas and can easily reach 115 rwhp with a few normal mods.

Low 10 second 1/4 mile times, north of 160 mph top end.

Comfortable, looks good (IMO at least), has great brakes and suspension, and the smoothest on / off throttle transition of any fuel injected bike I've ever ridden.

Insurance is cheaper too.

Yeah, Honda finally did something right when they made the 07 600rr. Its a sweet bike but im a little undecided on the looks of it just yet. Maybe its an aquired look or something, i dont know. 1000rr didnt impress me. My buddy has one and i just didnt like it as much as the zx10r.

I would choose the zx10r. Alot of people say the headshake is bad but im thinking they must be smoking crack.... lol My bike rides smooth and handles great. I have my suspension dialed in and have since day 1 (which might be the difference) and i have my stock damper turned all the way up (equivalent to a gpr on about level 4) and have never got headshake. Bike has WICKED power and looks great and handles like a dream IMO.

Kawi all the way but runner up would be gsxr 1000 IMO. I wouldnt even waste my time looking at yamacrap or honda for a litre.
