Judo teaches more about how to properly "fall" than does Jiu-Jitsu. You can learn some in JJ, but moreso in Judo. I speak from experience btw. Hope this helps.

Yeah...crashing does suck. , I get scared everytime I try for spreaders. I mean i've got them @ BP before, but it still leaves mah bootyhole as tight as a Jew with his money....:laughing6

Bailing and saving your bike can only be learned by attempting and then paying for the stuff you broke. Sooner or later you learn how to save your bike cause you get tired of paying for broken parts and hospital bills.
