New rider

Just bought my first bike.2000 Yamaha R1.Looking for parts.Tips ,bought the bike from a non rider bike has been sitting for a while .So far i have changed the oil ran some sea-foam through it ,it needs tires. i wouldn't say im cheap but don't have money to just burn. anybody have any take offs i can use to learn to ride.
