Reality ...
Front brakes bad...felt weird
Rear brake froze and won't release
Brake pedal broke
Leaking fuel...of which is old n smells horrible
Dead battery ...Had to use charger to show life
Needs front n rear tires
both clutch n front brake levers were sloppy
been laid over cracked fairing
Chain dried up n rusty
Tank inside had corrosion and some rust

Good...
It did turn over which means it's not seized
Had Yoshi pipes
Unless it's real cheap, I'd keep looking. Good unmolested ones can be found.

So I figured I'd share here since I'm getting plenty PMS due to me passing on this local sale. I've given yall the rundown on what it needs. His bottom dollar is 1,000 so don't try n offer less Cuz I've tried. His lady has it advertised but she said I can share it with yall.

The bike is located in Brazoria.

That is awesome, I want to see it and hear it on the road. Remember all the TLRs
that were on HSN? There would be at least 3 on any given Sunday ride back then.

FYI for TLR fans. With the spares and conditions, seems this would be a good one to buy. 18 hours left. Rare to find in mostly original condition (this one has many spares to return to original).

That sucks man, but you can probably still get the parts from Suzuki to fix it.. No big deal. Maybe a good time to freshen her up anyway. Port the heads, throw some cams in it and a hone/ring/bearing job, you'll be tearing them up on TWS (Texas World Speedway) next season.

I finally put the parts back on the bike.

Used copper gasket sealer on the fuel pump Let it cure for a few day. No leaks.

To be drivable it needs....
battery (today)
front tire change (this weekend)
brake pedal. ( its the rear whole needs that anyway)

The pic looks great here. but it still needs a goooood cleaning.
