Ok seriously, this should be illegal.

I didn't realize till after I uploaded it that you dont get a full view of the basket but heres the scene... It's 9:45ish, I have to be at work in a little over an hour and there are three registers open, including the self check out.

What do I see, someone who... yes.. decided to go through the self checkout with all the bullcrap you see on the floor, plus the basket was still full OVER THE RIM with more bullcrap and guess how fast she was at the scanner, thats right, 1 item per minute.

It seemed as if she would pick up an item, decipher one last time how much she needed it, look for the bar code, scan the bar code, miss, then turn the item over and point the bar code towards the scanner instead of her eyeballs.. then scan the item.. then proceed to bag the item and replace it in the basket while removing another item withotu getting all the items mixxed up*faints*

So there I was, with my 1 thing that I needed to buy, standing in line behind the millions of other people who had millions of things to buy, only because this one person decided to murder me, just a little bit, by taking up the express self check out lane.

Ok seriously, this should be illegal.

I agree. Personally, I refuse to use those things. I HATES them.. I HATESSSSSS them.

AND, if I am not getting a discount, why would I do the scanning and bagging for them?

I agree if I have to pay the same price to scan my own items as I do for a store employee then what is the point, often times all lines are just as long

Your mistake was shopping at walmart. I'd rather pay more and get stuff somewhere else. I hate walmart with a passion. Wife likes it though. :confused1

I don't mind walmart when it's not busy. Some stores put a item limit on self check out, like 20 items or less.

The walmart in league city isn't bad. The one back where i lived in Hawaii was !!!! I hated going there.
