If you look at my original post, my issue is with the OP calling for everyone to call and harass a man for stating his opinion, and yes, he does hot the monthly MH meet, and yes you can disagree all you would like, but I would like you to please come out and tell him that he's been a dumbass all of his career, comments like that only make you look like a dumbass......

Bro, he advertised himself as a pot smoking hippie for years. WTF are you talking about. This is no secret. I see you two must be friends, but he's never been taken seriously on the radio. What was his retarded buddy's name? He would put on the radio and make fun of him? Give me a break...

Again, opinions vary, but a man entered into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame holds a little more credibility than the "man" on the internet bashing him...

Since when in stopped or slow traffic are cars lined up perfectly side by side? Every so often a car will try to change into a lane they think is moving faster. Happens all day every day.

I do a lot of unsafe including lane splitting and I don't care if they pass the law or not, but if they do, more riders will try it and more cars will hit them. When someone dies in a vehicle crash they shut the freeway down. Enjoy sitting in traffic because a rider thought a law protected him.

I'm not talking about a law protecting anyone. You just don't see cars changing lanes into other cars. And when they do in the situation that you brought up, they're more than likely checking their mirror because they are trying to find that itty bitty opening so they don't clip another car. When that happens, guess who'll be in their mirror? I'm just stating that I don't believe it's as big of a deal as people make it out to be. As long as the rider is alert, they should be able to brake in time. I think the ones who ride like asshats splitting lanes above 20 mph are the ones who will be affected most.

If you're not smart enough to split lanes currently to avoid a potential rear end collision a law's not going to change that. If someone's on your the smart rider does something to change that, law or no law.

I ride 59, 610, and 288 twice a day, five days a week. Drivers do not see riders.

Let me tell you a story. A friend and I were riding. His bike quit on him on 59. We pulled over and called to get a tow. I big tilt bed truck showed, up. It was freaking huge. My friend rode home in this big truck. On the way home some dumb driver cut them off, struck the front of this big tilt bed, and took off. Now, you think they're going to see you on a bike? The tow driver's boss called my friend to confirm what happened because he didn't believe his driver.

BS. His page hasn't been updated since the 6th, and there are two comments from this morning about his comment that haven't been addressed.
