Stolen Trailer and Equipment

Went missing from storage facility on TC jester and 3th st won't know when until I get with the manager tomorrow to check cameras.

2008 TPD Vortech trailer 8.5x22 With large 212racing.com Decals on either side, rear of the fenders
2008 Ninja 250 missing body work
2009 Ninja 250 Black bodywork says jack janiels on the lower and number 727
Apprila Scooter
2002 Honda CRF70 crappy black rattle can paint peeling off. Missing one tank fairing.
Honda EU2000
Harbor freight/ Preadtor 2500 inverter
Yamaha 2800i inverter generator
Beem Outdoors 5500W propane generator
Black Speed and strength Suit
Black Shoei X12 small
Garne Boots black/white
Black speed strength gloves
3 sets of pitbull stands
tool box filled with harbor freight, every tool you'd ever need at the track.
All the other things that go along with track/racing for sprints and endurance.

IT'S PROBABLY a case by case scenario. My best friends old man owns 2 storage lots, probably 100 spaces on each lot for RV's, dump trucks, boats, etc. His contract specifically excludes him from responsibility and I know on more than one occasion a HUGE RV has been hotwired and then plowed right through the gate....at the owners expense. Insurance handles this kind of stuff....

I'd have to go look at the contract again, but they can't contract themselves out of negligence on their part or being an accessory to the crime. So far they haven't been able to provide evidence when it was taken.
