To those who dont use their Rear Brake...

http://www.bikesportnews.com/news/ne...eed-for-Camier

Seems the most prolific Motogp champion has mastered it and other pros finally catching on.

But I get it, CMRA is still amateur racing.

First of all, for the 100th time, I already told you that I do use the rear brake. Are you some kind of dumbass? I just find it hilarious that you're a know it all genious. Like I said, you sound like the fat guy at the gym giving everyone advice. I wont waste any more of my time arguing with you.

Haha you also stated "you didn't want to lie" like to offend the ones who do not. Why would you say that?

This isnt a thread about you. Its a general motorcycle thread and debate which I think is clearly one sided here on this forum.

So if Marquez uses it at the track, shouldn't other trackers? But again I get it, it's a professional thing.

not needed to go fast...doesn't mean it can't be used to go faster. before telling peeps how to do it. I'd make sure I was faster before giving advice. i only use on the street when splitting with my hands off the bars.

So... why do many professional (AMA is where I've seen it frequently) riders mill the rear rotor to the point there is very little pad/rotor contact?

Leon Camier says of rear braking on the track "...it takes time to learn to do it.”

That sport rider article also states that at the track a lot of time you transfer all or nearly all the weight to the front tire. Which renders the rear brake useless.
