I have 7 dirt bikes, spares for days, tools for days and am constantly working on them, keeping up with them, cleaning, and other odd little things that need attention, it's a never ending battle and I need a 4 car garage.

My stuff is in the third car garage (tandem). I'm self limited to 4 bikes max now from a high of 9 at one time. All tools/bikes are cleaned and put up each evening with VERY rare exception. Spares and odd ball tools are in the attic space I finished out above the garage.

I'm a little particular.

OK...maybe a little sick...

That's the plan , have enough room in my backyard for some drills but also have access to 7 acres out near Galveston where I want to build my own little trials setup with spools, pallets and whatever else I can get my hands on.

My dad got it in an estate sell a few months ago. Was running when he got it but by the time he said I could come pick it up it had been sitting for over a month and wouldn't start.

So far I have drained the gas and changed the spark plug but no dice, hopefully just needs the carb cleaned. My dad has a buddy that can take care of that on the cheap, I just have to wait for him to get around to it.

It's a montesa cota 315r, nice bike.

Coolhandsluke, pm dgshannon. He's a trials guy. Raced trials bikes for many years. May be able to connect you with some friends of his and has a lot of knowledge.

That would be legit, seems like there's plenty of guys that ride in Austin and the Dallas area but the gulf coast is kinda scarce.

I like that. Just looks like another really cool room in the house and not like a garage. I plan on getting a storage shed out back so I can stick all the lawn equipment out back and put the rest of the I never use in the attic. Need room for a TV and comfy chair. I use my garage as a covered patio many nights.
