Want to try an MV?

Anyone know someone local with a MV? I really, really, want to try a MV Agusta. I'd love to meet up with someone's who's got one and ride their MV for a bit, and they could ride my RSV4.

The only place I know of that sells MVs is HSBK, and they almost never let people test ride anything.

Hey. I do too. Neat.

Do strangers typically trade bikes for a 'test' ride?

I know of a used mv Augusta for sale. I'm sure with the right amount of cash in hand you could test ride it.

Didn't know HSBK picked up MV Agusta. Good for them.

Rode by the previous MV dealer. Wasn't much going on there.

why do you want to test ride? are you considering buying and if so what model? Good luck on the random stranger letting you ride his 20k bike, but it could happen.

I don't understand the whole you can't ride my bike thing. If you have full coverage insurance, anyone you permit to ride the bike the bike would still be covered. it's called "permissive use"

The MV dealer in Austin will let you test ride them. Call Houston Superbikes. They have had demo Aprilias in the past that you could ride. They may have MV demos as well.

insurance companies replacement values aren't that awesome. even less awesome on relatively rare bikes.
