Amber Alert issued for missing 11-year-old in Brazoria County

Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Houston Regional Amber Alert on behalf of the Oyster Creek Police Department for an endangered missing child. The 11-year-old Hispanic male child, Javier Christian Chapa, Jr., was last seen around 9 am on in the backyard of his grandparents in Oyster Creek in Brazoria County, Texas.
